Ludhiana, January 11, 2025: An effective awareness session on MSME Competitive Lean Scheme was successfully conducted by CICU in collaboration with MSME-DFO Ludhiana during Buyer Seller Meet 2025 at CICU Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana.


The session aimed to provide key insights to MSMEs on how to enhance their operational efficiency and competitiveness by adopting lean manufacturing practices. Attended by a diverse group of entrepreneurs, industry leaders and MSME representatives, the event highlighted the importance of lean practices in reducing waste, optimizing resources and improving overall productivity.


The interactive and thought-provoking session was conducted by Dr. SB Singh, Joint Secretary, CICU. In his keynote address, highlighted the important role of MSME Competitive Lean Scheme in empowering enterprises to adopt world class practices. He shared practical examples and success stories of MSMEs that benefited from lean implementation, emphasizing the potential for sustainable growth and cost efficiency. During this session, participants discussed the key challenges faced by MSMEs in adopting lean practices and explored the solutions provided by the scheme.
