The facility, which is slated to open on the first working day of 2025, represents GSIS’ shift from manual processes to streamlined, technology-driven operations. This change ensures greater convenience and inclusion for its stakeholders.
It also reflects GSIS’s commitment to provide innovative solutions that are in line with global digital standards, ensuring that members and pensioners enjoy a modern, secure and user-friendly service platform.
Furthermore, the GSIS aims to foster a culture of digital literacy among its members to maximize the benefits of these new technologies. This will ensure equal access and usage for all users from all sections of the society.
The GSIS 360 Digital Business Center enables members and pensioners to conduct a variety of transactions online. They can access membership, loans, claims, pension records, and insurance policies.
Loan applications can be submitted and provisional amounts can be calculated, with loan conditions easily tracked. Life and superannuation claims can also be filed online, complete with provisional calculations. Members receive updates on premium and loan payments, while pensioners can schedule or complete their Annual Pensioners Information Disclosure (APIR) through face verification using GSIS 360-GTouch.
Additionally, members can locate the nearest GSIS office, learn about the GSIS process through the Citizen Charter, replace their physical UMID card with a digital ID feature, and get the latest GSIS news updates. Can stay informed.
