Sure enough, Quess Corp has announced a three-way demerger of its diversified businesses resulting in three separately listed companies Quess Corp Ltd., Digitide Solutions Ltd., and Bluspring Enterprises Ltd. The demerger process is expected to take 12-15 months and is progressing according to the planned timeline, the company said. Quess is currently awaiting approval from SEBI, a key step in the demerger process.

Chahal’s appointment is linked to the demerger that started in February. The firm is now looking to strengthen the strategic management team and focus on healthcare and financial services, building more capabilities in data technology, artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics.
