Hyderabad: BPO firm Vertex Global Services said it has partnered with MSME Business Forum. Under this partnership, the company is going to offer its world-class BPO solutions to 10,000 MSMEs over the next three years for a seamless customer experience.

The company said it will promote a better customer experience for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in India while also addressing the challenges faced by enterprises in hiring international players. Vertex Global Services will be the SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) for the MSME Business Forum, providing an omnichannel customer experience. The collaboration seeks to empower these businesses by providing them with better tools and resources and industry-ready youth to better serve their customers, ultimately enhancing growth and sustainability within the MSME sector.
