Pakistani fast bowler Haris Rauf was hit by a fan during a recent match in a franchise-based league. Rauf, who was fielding close to the boundary rope, was reminded of Virat Kohli’s brilliant six on his bowling during the T20 World Cup in 2022. During India’s fierce run chase against Pakistan, Kohli hit Rauf for back-to-back sixes. . One of those sixes landed straight on the sight screen as Kohli stepped aside to pull Rauf’s short-pitched delivery straight down the ground.
This brilliant shot by Kohli was well received by fans and pundits alike, especially as the star batsman helped India pull off an impossible chase.
Since then, Rauf has often been asked about Kohli’s brilliant six off his ball, and the Pakistan pacer has praised the former India captain for pulling it off.
However, he was targeted by a group of fans during a match. Rauf is currently playing for Welsh Fire in the ongoing edition of the Hundred.
“Haris bhai, still remember Melbourne? Virat ke du chuke (Do you remember Melbourne, Virat’s two sixes),” a fan asked Rauf.
However, Rauf handled the troll very casually, replying that he still remembered that he still remembered those two sixes.
“Yes yada hai, abhi yada hai (Yes, I remember. I still remember),” Rauf replied.

After Pakistan’s group stage exit from the 2024 T20 World Cup, a fan was caught on camera arguing with Haris Rauf, who allegedly insulted the player’s family.
