In what came as a shock to the K-Pop world, popular South Korean singer Park Bo Ram died on Thursday at the age of 30. The news of his death was confirmed by his agency Xanadu Entertainment.
A police investigation is currently underway and the cause of the singer’s tragic death is under investigation. According to reports, Bo Ram was at a private drinking party with two of his friends on the night of his death.
Bo Ram got his break in 2010 at the age of 17 by participating in the audition program ‘SuperStar K2’.
Throughout the year, Bo-Ram gave K-pop fans several hit numbers such as ‘Celebretty,’ ‘Sorry,’ ‘Pretty Bae,’ ‘Dynamic Love,’ ‘Hehwadong’ (for the K-drama ‘Reply 1988’). What is fascinated with and ‘Please tell me something even though I know it’s a lie.’
In his career spanning 10 years, Bo-Ram collaborated with several K-pop artists such as Eric Nam, Park Kyung, Parc Jae Jung, Lil Boi and Huh Gak.
Bo-Ram recently released a single titled ‘I Hope’ with Heh Gak in February, and a track called ‘I Miss You’ earlier this month. According to reports, the actress was working on a special album to commemorate her 10th anniversary in the K-pop industry.
