Sending humans to Mars seems to be a new milestone in space exploration. However, the dream of colonizing Mars seems unlikely to come true due to the harsh conditions on the planet, which experts warn could cause people to turn green and lose their eyesight. According to Indy100, biologist Dr. Scott Solomon from Rice University in Texas, USA, explained that children born to human settlers on the Red Planet will face many changes and evolutionary changes.

In his book Future Humans, Dr. Solomon claims that due to the incredibly harsh conditions on the surface of Mars, it may be extremely difficult for humans to survive on the Red Planet. He wrote that if Martians were to give birth to children, Mars would likely undergo a variety of drastic changes and evolutionary changes.

These changes can be caused by low gravitational forces and high radiation and can result in green skin, weak muscles, poor eyesight and broken bones, Dr. Sulaiman explained.

According to Indy 100Mars is a smaller planet than Earth and has 30% less gravity than we have evolved to live with. The Red Planet also lacks a protective magnetic field and ozone layer, leaving the planet open to space radiation, UV and charged particles from the Sun and cosmic rays.

Due to this type of environment, humans undergo many changes to cope with the new conditions. Dr. Solomon explained that it can detect changes in skin color to help it cope with radiation.

“Perhaps in the face of this high radiation, we can develop some new types of skin color to help us cope with this radiation. Maybe we will get our own green men,” he wrote in his book. I wrote

Furthermore, the expert claimed that broken bones due to the lack of gravity can cause women to break their backs during childbirth. He also argued that the need for far-sighted vision may have started to weaken, as humans would have been living together in smaller areas.

Remarkably, so far, only unmanned spacecraft have traveled to Mars, but that could soon change. US space agency NASA hopes to land the first humans on Mars by the 2030s, and SpaceX chief Elon Musk recently said that humans could live in a city on the Red Planet within the next 30 years.
