US President Donald Trump said on Friday that he had canceled security protection for his former co -adviser adviser Anthony Fuki, who received death threats on dealing with pandemic diseases.
“Your lifetime security cannot be details because you have worked for the government,” Trump told reporters in North Carolina.
Trump withdrew the Secret Service Protection from his former national security adviser John Bolton earlier this week.
The New York Times said the president has also canceled government security for his former Foreign Secretary, Mike Pompeo, and a senior Pompeo assistant, Brian Hook.
A reporter was asked if he would feel partly responsible if something had happened to Faki or Bolton, Trump said: “No.”
“Certainly I will not take responsibility,” he said.
“They all made a lot of money,” Trump said. “They can get their security services.”

According to the Times, Fuki’s security protection was canceled on Thursday and hired his security details.
Fuki, who leads the country’s fight against the infectious disease during Trump’s first term, has become a hateful figure for many people from the right and has received numerous dangers of death.
Former President Joe Biden issued an apology to Fuki on Monday before his departure.
Bolton, who has been subjected to the alleged plot of Iranian assassination, has joined Trump’s most speaking critics since leaving the White House.
