He also promised to fill up 50,000 government vacancies in a transparent manner, create 2 million self-employment opportunities and develop a grand Mahabharata corridor.

Shah said the Center has spent Rs 41,000 crore on road construction, Rs 15,000 crore on laying railway lines and Rs 21,000 crore on airports in Delhi.

He said that if the central government had not invested in its infrastructure, Delhi would not have been viable.

Citing alleged scams, Shah alleged that the level of corruption was never as high as under the Kejriwal-led AAP.
