It is the responsibility of the government to provide jobs. I will request the Chief Minister to create employment opportunities for the unemployed youth in Goa. At least 22,000 jobs should be created and offered to the youth,” Rane added.

I have read his statement (in the media). Whatever the problem is, I will discuss it. One has to understand that not all MLAs and ministers are originally from the BJP and it will take some time for some of them to understand the party’s discipline,” Tanavde said.
Last week, Tanavde had publicly warned party legislators against infighting, saying the BJP was not a “dharamshala” and that MLAs should maintain discipline. “When MLAs want to raise an issue, they should do so with the concerned (ministers) and avoid raising concerns in public,” Tanavde said.
The warning comes in the wake of turmoil within the Goa BJP after several ministers and leaders of the party protested the withdrawal of several bills during the monsoon session of the assembly last month. Calangute BJP MLA and former minister Michael Lobo had then claimed that “all is not well” but after meeting Tanavade claimed that he had been misquoted.
