Cameron John Vagneus, 20, was indicted by a Seattle grand jury earlier this month on two felony counts of illegally transmitting confidential information from phone records to an online forum and an online communications platform.

An online handle associated with Wagenius is allegedly linked to several high-profile cybercrimes, which are not detailed in the indictment.

Wagenius reportedly went by the alias “Kiberphant0m” online, bragging about hacking more than a dozen telecommunications firms and obtaining call records belonging to Harris and Trump.

In November, Cyberphant0m posted unverified AT&T call logs that belonged to 2024 presidential candidates and, accordingly, offered to sell the stolen information. the edge.

It is unclear what rank Wagenius held in the military, what his role was at Fort Cavazos and whether his position as a soldier helped him commit his alleged crimes.

Fort Cavazos did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

“We are aware of the arrest of a soldier from Fort Cavazos,” Fort Cavazos told Fox News Digital. “The III Armored Corps will continue to cooperate as appropriate with all law enforcement agencies.”
