The agency said in a press release that Pachinan Ghori, a resident of Bhupati Nagar Nagar Nagar Nagar in Porba Madinipur district of West Bengal, was arrested on Friday after the permanent efforts of the chief investigating officer of the case.

During the interrogation, a non -bailable warrant (NBW) was issued against the accused.

In this case, the new charge sheet (RC-16/2023/NIA/DLI) filed a special court in Calcutta, which was named three. Raj Kumar Manna, Basjit Gain and Buddhist Manna, and three others, who were identified as Panchaan Ghorai, Manobrata Jana and Upper Charan Matty.

The latter is out of three, the first on bail and the second two are in court custody.

On December 2, 2022, all six charge sheets were found actively involved in the criminal plot in the village Narwabila.

The NIA, which took over the state police on June 4, 2023, has filed a charge sheet under the Indian Code of Conduct (IPC) and various parts of the ES Act.
