The report Nadda was referring to has not been released yet but relevant parts of the said report have been reported by the media.

The Aam Aadmi Party hit back at the allegations saying that the BJP itself has admitted that no CAG report has been submitted.
“Where is the report? BJP itself keeps saying that no CAG report has been submitted,” AAP’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh said when asked about the BJP’s allegations.
The Delhi Assembly elections are scheduled to be held next month. Voting is scheduled on February 5 in a single phase. The results will be declared on February 8.
