After that, many media studied and made reports that the extortion was a clear case, we went ahead and found that it was a case of corruption,” ANI quoted Iyer as saying.
Iyer said that a complaint was filed by the Janadhikar Sangharsh Parishad that those in power on ED and Income Tax allegedly forced companies to pay huge sums, terming it as extortion.
He also expressed happiness over the recent verdict received after five months. He said that a special court has ordered an investigation under CrPC (Criminal Procedure Code) Section 153.
