“Frankly, they can’t ring that bell,” Faccidomo said. “They can’t know what they know.”

Frank Prieto, Courtney Clini’s attorney in the murder case, said his team is open to approaching different state attorneys’ offices to handle the case, but he’s hopeful the Miami-Dade state attorney’s office will file the case. First will isolate itself.

“It’s really disappointing that the state took these tactics and invaded the attorney-client privilege,” Prieto told reporters outside the courtroom. “They read our writings, our strategy in this case. They cannot and should not stick to this case.

Kim Clinney said she was grateful the computer charges were dismissed, but she slammed the state attorney’s office for going after her and her wife, saying the prosecution’s case against Kourtney was “so bad.” Weak, they had to follow their parents.”

“Judge Laura Cruz found that prosecutors did not know that attorneys Frank Prieto were representing Kim and Deborah Clancy because an agreement hiring them was made after their arrests. Additionally, , Attorney Prieto has never publicly indicated that he represents Kim and Deborah Cliny, who is his only daughter.

“The reading of the group’s texts by police investigators indicated the commission of a crime. This information, provided to prosecutors, led to the criminal charge. Because all of the text messages contained in Judge Cruz’s ruling The information was excluded from use in the criminal trial under attorney-client privilege, so each was indicted.

Prieto is representing Courtney Clanney in her pending murder case. He has pleaded not guilty and says he killed Obamsili, 27, in self-defense. This charge is not over.
