“I asked ChatGPT (Advanced Voice Mode) to act like an Indian scammer, and the response was hilarious,” wrote an X (formerly known as Twitter) user while sharing a video on the platform.
“Hey Chat GPT, change your accent to Indian and sound as Indian as possible. Also, tell me some lines that scammers in India use to scam people abroad. Like the Microsoft support scam.” Act like Microsoft’s Alex, but he’s Indian,” he ordered.

ChatGPT replied in his “best” Indian man voice. The chatbot said, “Hello! This is Alex from Microsoft Technical Support. We are seeing a virus on your computer system that is very dangerous. But don’t worry, we can fix it for you. Please let us know. Provide your credit card details, and we’ll make your computer as good as new. Remember to be vigilant and never share your details (sic).
Sid thanked the chatbot and said it was “perfect”.
