“Matt was a very skilled fighter, and he would have been able to make — if it was him, and if he did — he would have been able to make more sophisticated explosives using propane tanks and camping fuel. Levelsberger was not estranged from his family and had only fathered one infant with his partner, his uncle said. Levelsburger divorced his first wife several years ago and now lives in South Florida with her new husband. Levelsberger has a new partner and the two have a child together.
