A Delhi woman made a heart-wrenching appeal on her LinkedIn profile as she reached out to her professional network to help her father find a new job. Highlighting his father’s leadership qualities, he detailed how many of his former trainees and colleagues remained loyal to him to remain under his tutelage. He wrote, “People who trained under him 20-30 years ago are still with him and with my father changing companies to be under his tutelage only, I don’t need him. What a leader,” he wrote.

Although she did not reveal where her father was working now, the woman detailed the reason behind the need for a job change. He said that his father is facing financial instability in his current organization as he has not received his fixed salary for the last 12 months.
