Friedi Kuehne and Lukas Irmler, German slackliners, are making headlines with their recent remarkable feat. Both set a new world record by walking a slack line between two hot air balloons at an altitude of 2500 meters.

According to Local 12, a US-based broadcast network, Ermler set the world record for the longest distance traveled on a slackline, which was two kilometers in 2019. Kuehne gained recognition for his outstanding achievements, including balancing on high ropes without safety equipment. In 2017, Kuehne set a new record by running a 110-meter long slackline at an altitude of 250 meters.
