Labor leader Keir Starmer officially became Britain’s prime minister on Friday after his party won a landslide victory in the general election after more than a decade in opposition.

Starmer assumed the role of leader of the nation after a private ceremony at Buckingham Palace with King Charles III. He then announced his new team. Take a look:
