Melania Trump’s coat’s eye-catching features and bold collar undoubtedly created a lot of curiosity on social media. According to one social media user, Barron’s mother deliberately chose a Valentino trench to make a statement to her social circle during Carter’s memorial service.

This wasn’t the first time Melania had been chastised for a fashion faux pas. In November 2023, Carter’s fashion sense came into question after attending the funeral of his late wife Rosalyn Carter.
