Mumbai: Stock price of Suzlon Energy, State Bank of India (SBI), Tata Motors, NTPC, REC and some other companies as on November 21, 2024 (Thursday). The above mentioned stocks are in focus today as trends show that a large number of people are looking for queries related to these stocks.

Meanwhile, benchmark indices BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty dipped on Thursday morning as Adani Group stocks fell and foreign fund outflows continued. Around 11:30 am, the Sensex fell nearly 500 points to 77,091.53. The NSE Nifty fell a little over 170 points to 23,344.75.

Suzlon share price

Shares of Suzlon Energy jumped 5 percent to Rs 65.33 on the upper circuit this morning. Brokerage firm Geojit Financial Services has initiated a buy rating on Suzlon with a target price of Rs 68 on the stock.

SBI share price

SBI’s share price fell nearly 4 percent to Rs 772.90. The banking stock has been falling despite the company beating estimates for the largest PSU bank and reporting a 27.92% year-on-year rise in net profit in its Q2 2024-25 results. In its July-September quarter results, the bank noted that its net profit rose to Rs 18,331 crore as against Rs 14,330 crore in the second quarter of 2023-24.

Tata Motors Share Price

Shares of Tata Motors fell marginally to Rs 782.40. At current levels, the Tata Group stock is 33% below its 52-week high of Rs 1,179.05 that it touched on July 30, 2024.

NTPC share price

Shares of NTPC are trading -2.29% lower at Rs 357 this morning. NTPC shares are in news as NTPC Green Energy IPO was opened for subscription on November 19, 2024. Bidding will close on November 22. The latest GMP of NTPC Green IPO was Rs 0.80, indicating a marginal increase of 0.74 percent, investors reported.

REC share price

REC shares fell 5 percent to Rs 490.45 this morning. In its Q2 2024-25 results, the state-owned REC reported a nearly 7% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 4,037.72 crore compared to Rs 3,789.90 crore in the second quarter of 2023-24. Total revenue rose to Rs 13,706.31 crore in the July-September quarter under review from Rs 11,684.89 crore a year ago.
