Another week means another dance trend on some corner of TikTok taking a song to new streaming heights. According to Luminate, “Bumbaa” — a collaboration between rising rappers OhThatsMizz and SturdyYoungin — has seen a 120% increase in streaming activity over the past two weeks. During the October 4–10 period, the track pulled in more than 287,000 official on-demand US streams. The following week (October 11–17), this figure increased by 72% to 495,000 streams. Then there was another 28% increase for “Bumbaaa” during the October 18-24 period, which saw the track pull in just under 635,000.
Mizz was first to share a piece of his track Official TikTok page 80,000 likes and 460,000 views on September 9.
