A video has surfaced on social media showing a man getting off a train to open a railway crossing in Bihar’s Siwan district. The viral clip begins with a local reporter showing a closed railway crossing gate as a train passes by.
When the train stops, a man who appears to be a railway guard gets down and walks up to the crossing gate. He then opens the gate after which vehicular traffic resumes.
Although the guard was questioned by the reporter about the strange incident, he remained silent. He then returns to the train and boards it, as the train starts moving.
Sharing the clip in a post on X, the user wrote, “The wonder of the world is the guard or driver of the train gets down and opens the railway gate. Is this the development of Bihar? Or is it the result of the Railway Minister’s (Rail Mantri) hard work?” Is?

There is a concept of mobile gateman so that 3 shifts of staff come with the train. The front gate opens and they are not in white uniform.”
