A female teacher at a school in the US state of Wisconsin has been charged with allegedly “making out” with an 11-year-old boy in her classroom.

The teacher, identified as Madison Bergman, allegedly moved the child’s desk next to her so she could touch her during class, making sure no other students could see her.

According to the complaint filed Thursday in St. Croix District Court, the fifth-grader told investigators that Bergman rubbed his thighs and calves during independent reading.

The boy also claimed that Bergman would ask him to stay after class.

She further said that the accused teacher kissed her several times in her classroom, either after school or when other students were on lunch break.

The 24-year-old teacher has been charged with first-degree child sexual abuse of a child under the age of 13.

According to a report by The New York PostThe boy’s family befriended Bergman while accompanying him on ski trips to a nearby resort.

Bergman got the boy’s number later that week, she told authorities.

The boy’s mother heard the distressing call and alerted her husband. According to the complaint, the father allegedly confiscated the boy’s phone and read his text messages.

In one text message, the complaint said, Bergman wrote to the boy that she just wanted to grab his face and push him to the floor and talk to him.

The boy’s father, enraged by the incident, took a printout of the texts and took them to school.
